Working with our customers to visit sites to repair/replace products.Liaising with site managers or home owners; good communicator.All CSR forms to be completed in detail to enable the customer care team to produce a report to customers.Forms must include the relevant fields completed: date, time, mileage, customer signature, and a detailed description of the work carried out.Photos before and after works completed are required.This role will require occasional overnight stays as needed.The role requires being onsite until the work is completed.If you return early from a site visit, you are expected to gather all paperwork and parts for your job booked from the service compound or relevant factory.All additional training will be provided.Key Experiences and Skills Required:Re-finishing skills and knowledge of fabricating are essential.Desirable Skills, Qualifications and Experience Required:Full Driving LicenceWorking at heightsCSCS Card training will be providedPersonal Attributes:Action orientated – Able to deal with problems in appropriate time frames.Driven by results – Decisive, confident in addressing problems and opportunities, challenging activities to improve performance, and demonstrating a willingness to challenge accepted methods and standards.Effective communication – Clear, concise written and spoken ability at all levels: customer, supplier, and internal.Integrity and trust – Demonstrating a sense of commitment to openness, honesty, loyalty, and high standards in undertaking the role.
