A great full time opportunity to work with apprentices and employers in Karratha WA About the Role Are you a natural communicator with the ability to build robust relationships? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as an Apprenticeship Support Consultant (called an Industry Training Consultant internally), based in Karratha WA. As an on-the-road apprenticeship consultant, you will work with employers and apprentices to deliver quality training contract sign-ups, provide client support and advice, and business development across the region. This role requires ability to work autonomously to achieve daily KPIs. Reporting to the Team Leader, Regional Operations, you will be part of a large vibrant team to deliver reputable apprenticeship support services to businesses. This position is offered on a full-time, permanent basis with immediate commencement. About You To be successful in this role, you will possess: Excellent customer service skills with a drive to exceed expectations Ability to work to time restraints, meet deadlines and deliver on KPIs Ability to work autonomously and organise your daily schedule Excellent communication skills – oral and written Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining a network of clients Ability to represent our organisation at events, functions, career days, expos including giving presentations and networking Current and valid Driver's Licence National Police Clearance Working with Children Check Experience and/or knowledge of VET sector (desirable) Experience and/or knowledge of Apprenticeship and Traineeship process and pathways (desirable) Key responsibilities include: Deliver high quality, knowledgeable and thorough training contract sign-ups to employers and apprentices/trainees. Provide advice on incentives and eligibility. Take ownership of BD activities to identify and win new business opportunities in your area. Take ownership of client retention activities with a client base in your area. Provide high-quality customer service to clients throughout the training contract period. Undertake assessments of employers and apprentices to determine apprenticeship readiness.
