Production Team Member - Neverfail

About your new role…
This is a great chance to join a wonderful Neverfail team where you will receive ongoing support and training so you can operate high speed production and process equipment on our water processing, bottling and cooler refurbishment lines. It’s varied, it’s unique and anyone can learn this role. Routine days of operation are Monday to Friday. You will be part of our small close knit and inclusive team at our Malaga facility.
What does your day look like?
- Cleaning and sanitising the production area
- Start up and shutdown CIP & COP routines
- Rotation between various activities such as Robot loading with forklift, visual inspection of bottles, QC testing and Water cooler refurbishment
- Monitoring production steps, resolving and escalating issues which impact production targets and food safety and quality.
Our core hours of operation are 6am – 2pm but during peak summer periods we will ask the team to stagger starts to cover a 6am-6pm operation. 1st start 6am – 2pm and 2nd start 10am – 6pm.
Let’s talk about you!
- Minimum 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment (FMCG preferred; experience in the beverage manufacturing industry will be an advantage).
- Demonstration of collaboration, teamwork, communication, time management, problem solving.
- Knowledge of Food Safety, Quality/Safety/Environmental
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Package).
- Forklift licence ideal, or willingness to get one.
- Hands on team player who likes to work across various different roles
