About the Role
Join our Group’s Performance Management team as a key player in delivering timely and accurate performance reporting. This role involves supporting the production of monthly and annual cash earnings reports, both internally and externally, and assisting with the forecast and annual budget compilation. You will work closely with business partners and stakeholders to ensure precise and timely reporting, providing valuable insights to the CFO, CEO, EXCO, and the Board.
In this role, you will prepare the Group’s forecast and budget packs for EXCO and the Board, collaborating with Finance and other departments to complete reporting packs. You will assist with Half Year and Full Year MD&A reporting and maintain budget and forecast versions in TM1. Additionally, you will prepare ad hoc analysis and reports for management, manage the annual budget and rolling forecasts for support functions, and prepare monthly management information, presenting insights to leadership. You will also drive process excellence by improving end-to-end processes, standardisation, and documentation. Reviewing the Group’s monthly P&L for accuracy and completeness and preparing monthly reporting packs for EXCO and the Board are also key aspects of this role.
About you
You are a CPA, CA, or ICAA qualified professional (or hold an international equivalent qualification) with relevant experience in accounting, financial planning, and analysis, ideally within the Banking and Finance industry. Experience in Performance Management, FP&A, or management would be advantageous.
You possess the ability to work directly with stakeholders and consistently meet deadlines with limited supervision from management. Your understanding of the Banking and Finance industry is strong, and you have solid written and verbal communication skills. You have a continuous improvement mindset and the drive to enhance end-to-end processes. Your problem-solving skills, organisational skills, and high attention to detail are exceptional. You can work effectively in both small and larger team environments and communicate clearly with all levels of staff. Additionally, you have a strong customer service ethic.
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for finance and performance management, looking to make a significant impact within a dynamic team. So, if this sounds like you, we look forward to receiving your application!
