Our clients include SA Water, Water Corporation, Sydney Water, and SEQ Water. About the Role:As part of our growth, we seek a Construction Manager. This is a permanent, full-time role, based on site at various locations around WA. This role involves a combination of office and site-based activities with travel to regional areas in WA. Working with the Project Managers, in-house Design Team, Project Engineers, Site Supervisors, and Trades staff, the Construction Manager is responsible for leading the delivery of projects from concept to handover in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner, with a quality focus and adherence to company policy, customer expectations, and project specifications. The Construction Manager may lead their own projects or report to a Project Manager as a key resource on larger projects. As our ideal candidate, you will: Have extensive experience in a similar role in construction, preferably in the water industry. Have solid construction industry knowledge. Hold a Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor qualification. Have a Diploma in Project or Construction Management. Have a Senior First Aid Certificate and a White Card – General Construction Industry Training Card. Have the ability to effectively lead and manage teams while managing competing priorities and meeting strict deadlines. Be self-motivated with strong communication skills. Have well-developed problem-solving skills. Have a strong safety and quality focus. Have the ability to influence others while making sound decisions.
