The group has a broad portfolio of assets from childcare centres, commercial hubs, land sub-divisions and residential units. The group manages commercial property in house, and outsources residential property management.This is an amazing opportunity to take overarching accountability for the property assets of the group working with the MD, COO, Childcare General Manager, and Development Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesTake accountability for day-to-day property aspects such as leases, maintenance, and tenant issues.Building and maintaining positive relationships with tenants, trade partners, consultants, and other stakeholders.Prepare and maintain internal reports, schedules as needed.Utilise the Re-Leased platform the group uses for digital storage and management of properties.Accurately track and monitor costs and budgets for internal reporting purposes.Assist in establishing and implementing leasing strategies which are aligned with the vision and financial parameters established for each property.About YouYou are detail and process orientated and can form strong relationships with people.
