Provides leadership and coordination for the establishment, implementation, and ongoing monitoring, reporting and management of the Statewide PRM Program. Represent the state in relevant national forums, and committees with key stakeholders and other government and non-government organisations. For RN/M5.2 (in addition to the above dot points): Provide clinical nursing/midwifery expertise and clinical leadership within their area and stream of practice and for situations of greater clinical complexity. Involvement in various health care assignments/projects (this may include development, implementation and evaluation of strategic directions, policies etc. which support nursing/midwifery practice, advice on contemporary issues relating to practice, project management, strategic leadership for innovation and change). Management of nursing/midwifery functions for a specified nursing/midwifery department/service. Criminal History Screening Requirement A National Police Certificate (NPC) for employment involving no contact with vulnerable groups is required for this position (general employment). Immunisation Risk for this position is Category C (minimal patient contact) for MAS3/AHP5 and Category A (direct contact with blood or body substances) for RN/M5.2. SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace. Special Conditions For MAS3: An appropriate tertiary qualification in a health, disability or related discipline or equivalent experience. Project/program management qualification or equivalent experience. For AHP5: Appropriate Allied Health degree, that entitles eligibility for registration with relevant professional body and/or membership with the relevant professional association. Post graduate project/program management qualification or equivalent experience. For RN/M5.2: Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
