Duties would include setting up and packing down tables, bars, drink stations, buffets, stages, various floor coverings, walls, curtains, partitions and retractable seating.
A few of your responsibilities: Interpret and understand Event orders and banquet set up instructionsPhysically move and strategically place Events furniture and equipmentMaintain guest focus in all services, ensuring that delivery is timely, effective and efficientLiaise with internal and external stakeholders as requiredWhat are we looking for? Proven experience in events, logistics and/or hospitalityForklift Licence, Traffic Control and Pallet Jack experience (advantageous but not required)Ability to work within a team and communicate efficientlyAn understanding of safe work practices and the ability to follow procedures and processesCurrent QLD RSA Statement of AttainmentFlexible availability over a 7 day rosterAbout you: With your exceptional attention to detail, you will take pride in ensuring a professional execution of Events for our valued guests.
