Key Responsibilities:
* Approve tenant applications in collaboration with landlords
* Manage arrears
* Conduct rent reviews and lease renewals
* Coordinate repairs and minor renovations
* Prepare for and attend NCAT hearings
* Handle bond and insurance claims
* Oversee a Leasing Consultant
* NO accounts
Required Skills and Experience:
* Essential: Current certificate of registration or Class 2 License
* Minimum 2-5 years + of relevant Property Management experience
* Access to personal vehicle and valid driver's license
* Solid communication skills & nice presentation
* Ideally proficient in Property Me Or Property Tree
