As we enter a period of transformation and innovation, we're looking for a forward-thinking Proactive Services Manager to lead and enhance our ICT support strategy, focusing on prevention, efficiency and continuous improvement.

What you'll do Reporting to the Director (ICT Operations), you will be responsible for the strategic management of ICT's proactive engagement to minimise system disruptions, optimise service delivery, and enhance user experience across the university.
Your initial key priorities will include:
Proactive System and Service Optimisation: Collaborating with other key members of ICT to identify the top opportunities for proactive support, including but not limited to SOE Environment optimisation, proactive AV support, asset management/delivery/recovery.Printer Optimisation: Taking a lead role in the Printer Optimisation Project, looking at the efficient use of printing throughout UniSQ, with a view to engage a vendor or supplier to assist.Asset Recovery: Taking a lead role in the ICT Asset Recovery project, looking to reclaim, redeploy or consolidate our current fleet of devices, in conjunction with the Asset Management Lead.SOE Development: Leading the development of an updated UniSQ SOE project, including an updated Windows 11 SOE and Mac SOE, using tools and processes including JAMF and Intune.What will help you succeed Together with your relevant qualification, you will have extensive industry experience in ICT service management within a large organisation and have proven experience in leading effective, motivated teams. Salary: Total remuneration range $149,914 to $158,607 pa (includes salary range of $126,670 to $134,016 pa, employer super contributions of 17% and annual leave loading)
