This role will be managing practical plant efficiency, maintaining safety and environmental standards, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.This is a fulltime permanent position, with an immediate start, on an 8:6|7:7 Day shift and night shift roster, FIFO from Perth or DIDO from Kalgoorlie.Key Responsibilities:Manage daily operations to meet production and safety targets.Coordinate with maintenance and metallurgy teams to ensure optimal plant performance.Implement and enforce safety, environmental, and compliance procedures.Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure efficient resource use.Lead and mentor employees, fostering a positive team culture.Skills & Experience:Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role within a gold processing plant.
