This position can effectively assume the normal operational leadership duties and responsibilities of a Campus.What will my time look like?Maintain a working knowledge of policies and proceduresInstructional leadership of teacher professional developmentRun briefs, debriefs, parades, staff training, manage staff and volunteers, sign risk assessmentsOversee student engagement and case management processesTake charge of targeted school programs/projects as agreed to by the Head of School/Campus and Deputy PrincipalAm I a good match?Current Registered Teaching Qualifications and relevant experienceCurrent First Aid Certificate and CPR QualificationsAbility to apply appropriate knowledge to plan and prepare teaching and learning programsCollaborate constructively and positively with all school staff, across both campuses, in the development and evaluation of curriculumParticipate in the process led by the Head of School to develop your Professional Development plan.
