In addition, you will have accountability for delivery of quality education, positive student experiences, and customer outcomes.You will:Lead a multi-disciplinary teaching team to achieve excellence in teaching and learning;Manage recruitment, induction, probation, and 'Your growth matters' Workday based performance review process for staff;Lead and manage the planning, delivery, assessment, and evaluation of VET programs;Manage the day-to-day planning, scheduling, development, implementation, and delivery of programs.About youYou will possess professional knowledge and a strong understanding of regulatory and contractual requirements in the VET sector with considerable experience in effective leadership and management of staff.
In addition, you will have demonstrated ability to lead the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of innovative, customized, high-quality vocational education and training.You will possess demonstrated:Knowledge and application of Training and Assessment Strategies;Ability to propose and implement a range of programs/courses for future delivery;Ability to manage and monitor budgets and contribute to commercial targets;Understanding and application of the ASQA's RTO standards and proven ability to meet these standards in an operational setting.All University positions delivering education and/or services to children must hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC).
