About the Role As a Change Manager for the ANZ – Suncorp Bank Integration Program, you'll play a key role in leading the design and delivery of change management for an initiative/project. The initiative/project will involve medium-high complexity and a medium-high level of change. Responsibilities include change strategy, planning & delivery, stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and overseeing training and support initiatives. Ideal candidates have experience in change management, strong organisational skills, and the ability to engage stakeholders. As a Change Manager, you will: Actively lead the scoping of work to determine required change needs, plans, resources, and solutions. Lead the creation and ongoing refinement of a clear and compelling vision for the case for change that aligns with strategic goals; develop and implement strategies to effectively communicate the vision, ensuring consistent messaging that motivates and aligns employees with the program's goals. Conduct change impact analysis, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders. Develop and implement change management strategies, plans, and interventions that maximise employee adoption and usage of required changes, ensuring engagement and successful transitions throughout the process. Identify, analyse, and prepare risk mitigation tactics. Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, including tracking metrics and feedback. Address and resolve issues related to change resistance and other challenges. What will you bring?
