We are seeking a Functional Business Analyst to partner with business stakeholders and vendor teams and manage project delivery across the Retail / Hospitality business.
The environment consists of multiple vertical applications predominantly SaaS, exposure to business systems / processes across HR, Manufacturing or Supply Chain will be highly regarded.
Please note it is a role requirement for the Business Analyst to work onsite 4 days per week out of the Richmond office.
Responsibilities Articulate and conduct functional and technical analysis of data movement across different business systems i.e., data mapping.
Be a key conduit between internal system owners and external vendors to ensure integrations flow smoothly.
Provide support to new sites openings from pre-opening to launch from a system perspective.
Gather, analyse and document business systems and ongoing support requirements.
Proactively identify Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies that may arise and conduct UAT with key business stakeholders.
Driving continuous improvement across all processes and systems.
Skills Proven track record operating as a Business Analyst across functional domains covering HR / Time & Attendance, Manufacturing and or Supply Chain.
Multi site retail or hospitality industry experience also highly regarded.
Experience working with cross functional teams to design, construct, deploy, test and maintain highly scalable solutions.
Understanding of integration requirements and data flow (SaaS, API, Mulesoft, SQL) Experience maintaining and optimising existing systems.
Experience with HRIS, Time & Attendance (Tanda), D365 / ERP Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop strong relationships internally and externally.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, reactive environment and within a lean team Advanced documentation, planning and organising skills.
