As a Senior HR Generalist, you'll play a key role in shaping and enhancing the employee experience. Reporting to the HR Manager, you'll collaborate with an HR Advisor and Coordinator to deliver impactful people strategies across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage organisational change, partnering with leaders through restructures and team transitions Provide expert advice on the Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) and contribute to negotiations through research and benchmarking Develop and implement workforce planning strategies Partner with leaders to manage end-to-end recruitment and resourcing Oversee and resolve complex employee relations (ER) matters Drive HR process improvements and enhance the HRIS system Roll out engagement surveys and contribute to a positive workplace culture Ensure policies are regularly reviewed and aligned with legislative requirements About You: Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field Strong knowledge of employment law and EBA interpretation Proven experience in a senior HR generalist role Expertise in managing complex ER cases end-to-end Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills Experience within the for-purpose/not-for-profit sector (highly desirable) Benefits: Professional development and career progression opportunities Refurbished offices with a collaborative team environment On-site parking for added convenience Be part of a purpose-driven organisation making a real impact If you are interested in this role, please APPLY with your resume and cover letter.
