This position works across Northern area including Mackay, Townsville and North West regions, and travel to supported sites is a requirement of the role The successful candidate will provide sound customer service by applying communication skills with an ability to work collaboratively with others under direction. Role responsibilities: Provide timely support to clients, with support from supervisor, using eHealth incident management processes to ensure agreed Service Levels are maintained. Undertake activities identified to deliver the WSR program including run up, configuration, deployment and installation of devices as per documented work instructions and under supervision. Provide basic ad-hoc support (on-site and remote) to Queensland Health sites as required under direction. Assist with maintaining asset management activities by following defined work processes. You will be assessed on your ability to demonstrate the following key capabilities, knowledge and experience. Within the context of the responsibilities described above under 'Key Responsibilities', the ideal applicant will be someone who can demonstrate the following: Ability to expand and gain competence in the configuration, monitoring and implementation of ICT assets in a technology area. - See Appendix 1. Ability to deliver quality ICT support to clients, with an emphasis on prioritising tasks under supervision. Ability to gain competence to identify and resolve minor information technology related problems within defined Service Level Agreements. Interpersonal skills and personal qualities that facilitate the development of good working relationships and enhance the provision of quality client service in a team environment. Sound oral and written communication skills to follow system documentation and work instructions.
