Your Responsibilities: Develop Change Management Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive change plan that addresses impacts, manages resistance, and aligns with Defence's goals. Assess Impact and Readiness: Conduct change impact assessments across workforce segments and evaluate organisational readiness. Manage Resistance and Drive Adoption: Develop strategies to mitigate resistance and support stakeholders in adopting changes. About You: You are a skilled Change Manager with at least 7 years of experience in leading organisational change initiatives, ideally within Defence or similar large-scale environments. Your expertise in change readiness, impact assessment, and stakeholder engagement will be essential for this role.Must-Have: Accredited Change Management or Project Management qualification (e.g., CCMP, PROSCI, Prince2). Minimum 7 years of experience in organisational change for large projects. Highly Desirable: Familiarity with Defence environments and experience implementing change in agile frameworks like SAFe.
