The role demands leadership in advancing research culture, securing impactful funding, and mentoring the next generation of academics. With a focus on driving evidence-based practices and influencing policy, the successful candidate will thrive on collaboration, inspiring excellence across teaching, research, and community engagement.Your responsibilities will include:Innovating and leading in teaching practices across early childhood learning and development, professional communication, and contemporary language analysis techniques.Translating research and professional expertise into custom education through engagement with industry and community.Conducting and leading impactful research in early childhood education, securing funding, and mentoring academics and graduate researchers.Collaborating with internal and external partners to influence policy, advance practice, and develop strategic partnerships in the early childhood sector.Supporting interdisciplinary initiatives and participating in professional and scholarly communities.Who We Are Looking ForYou are an accomplished academic with deep expertise in early childhood education and a proven record of impactful research, teaching, and leadership. You have demonstrated excellence in both undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, alongside a robust track record of attracting research funding and publishing high-quality scholarship. Your innovative approach to teaching and commitment to advancing pedagogical practices will be complemented by your capacity to engage with government and professional organisations.
