Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering HR outcomes for #TeamDEWR – overseeing the delivery of services and/or strategies to deliver meaningful HR outcomes to DEWR people and culture.
* Leading, coaching and empowering a team – building expert capability within a team by fostering a culture of curiosity, respect and excellence.
* Engaging and collaborating – working with key stakeholders to identify issues and opportunities, develop and consult on solutions, and establish partnerships to achieve results.
* Problem solving – being curious and providing complex advice and solutions to workforce matters.
* Contributing to branch leadership – planning work, managing resources, and aligning priorities with business outcomes.
* Role modelling behaviours – demonstrating inclusivity, collaboration and encouraging curiosity and innovation.
Additional Requirements:
For workplace relations positions, an ability to interpret/apply employment laws, enterprise agreements and HR policies to develop practical, solutions-focused advice.
