Your role will involve assisting with fieldwork, such as borehole logging, soil sampling, and assessing excavation stability, as well as performing geotechnical design assessment. By joining us, you'll contribute to meaningful projects that address housing affordability and support global sustainability goals, making a real impact through your engineering career.Receive appropriate training, guidance and supervision to provide:Construction phase support services, including observing temporary excavation and slope stability, assessing pavement subgrade and founding levels, witnessing proof rolling, performing compaction tests, and evaluating crane and crane platform bearing capacity, along with other earthworks-related site assessments.Perform geotechnical and pavement investigations through desktop studies and fieldwork, including geotechnical borehole and test pit logging, DCP testing, hand auger sampling, and geotechnical/engineering geological mapping.Manage data effectively, interpreting and reporting findings, including preparation of borehole logs, geotechnical investigation reports, and development of geotechnical models.Conduct geotechnical engineering analysis and assessments for shallow and deep foundations, slopes and retaining structures, pavement design, and deep excavation and lateral support in soil and rock.Prepare specifications, proposals, and other documentation while liaising with clients to address project needs.Develop personal efficiency to advance your career, operating with due diligence and exercising reasonable care and skill in all duties.Contribute to the team by upholding ADE's high standards in safety and professional practice, reporting incidents, adhering to the Integrated Quality, Safety, and Environmental Management System (IMS) requirements, and fostering a workplace that prioritizes well-being, social responsibility, and environmental sustainability..
