DTMT is currently seeking a Mobilisation Administrator to join our team in Bibra Lake. This position will be responsible for the mobilisation and administration of the department, working on construction and shutdown projects in the Pilbara region, Goldfields and Perth metropolitan area. As the Mobilisation Administrator your responsibilities will include: Manage staffing numbers for our projects; Regularly liaise with Project Managers to ensure staffing plan is accurate (including forecasting and reporting) Management of projects rosters with Project Managers Ensure vacancies are filled with suitable candidates and within the desired timeframe Manage various reports and registers Assist with the end-to-end recruitment and mobilisation process including:Employment history Trade certificates/qualifications Reference checks Pre-employment medical bookings Training and Inductions Flight and accommodation bookings To join this dedicated team, you will have: A minimum of 2 years in an administration role or similar position An understanding of HR best practice To be successful in this role you will: Be self motivated and possess initiative Demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills Be able to work in a team environment Be able to prioritise and multi task If you are looking for a fast-paced and energetic team environment, we'd love to hear from you!
