An exciting opportunity for a Fulltime Customer Service Officer is now available at our Thomastown site.This is a frontline customer service role, providing an exceptional experience for our customers whom are Campers and 4WD enthusiasts with all their Outdoor Adventure needs.The Customer Service Officer will respond to phone customers for general product, sales and warranty enquiries, along with tracking order fulfilment through to dispatch and invoicing. The Role will also involve providing after-sales service to customers to ensure any product or service failures are managed within company policy in conjunction with the Sales and Development teams.Prior Customer Service experience in a Customer Service Officer role in the 4X4 or Camping category would be advantageous however not essential as full training will be provided.
