About the Role
The Labour Hire Licensing Compliance Unit (LHLCU) plays a crucial role in safeguarding Queensland's labour hire industry under the Labour Hire Licensing Act 2017. We are seeking a Senior Intelligence Analyst to join our dedicated team and develop intelligence products that inform high-level strategies, regulatory operations, and targeted compliance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collect, evaluate, and analyse information to support investigations and regulatory activities.
* Prepare high-quality intelligence reports, briefings, and data-driven insights.
* Identify emerging trends, vulnerabilities, and opportunities to enhance compliance strategies.
* Maintain contemporary knowledge of intelligence methodologies and best practices.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Mentor and coach colleagues in intelligence best practices.
* Contribute effectively to team operations through engagement and reporting.
