Head of Sales We are hiring a Head of Sales for an MNC to spearhead our growth in the ANZ market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consultative sales and technology platforms, with a proven ability to acquire new clients, drive revenue, and execute go-to-market strategies. This role demands an entrepreneurial mindset and a tenacious approach to winning in competitive markets.
Key Responsibilities Identify and target new business opportunities in consulting services and technology platforms. Develop and execute Go-to-Market strategies to expand market presence. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through networking, campaigns, and market intelligence. Structure a planned sales strategy in coordination with the Country Head & Chief Sales Officer. Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure, meeting and exceeding revenue targets. Develop tailored proposals and negotiate high-value deals, showcasing ROI to clients. Build and maintain C-level relationships and act as a trusted advisor. Align client objectives with business solutions to drive long-term value. Work closely with internal teams to craft tailored solutions using cutting-edge frameworks and technology platforms. Stay updated on industry trends and represent the company at key events and conferences. Experience Proven track record of selling consulting and IT services in the ANZ market. Experience in industries like Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, or Utilities is preferred. Exposure to Data & AI platforms, SAP, ServiceNow, and Microsoft solutions is a plus. Hunter mentality with a strong record of exceeding sales targets. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to analyze market trends and craft high-value proposals.
