**Job Summary**
We are seeking a reliable and dedicated individual to join our Concierge team as a Porter. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining a welcoming and safe environment, ensuring guests have memorable experiences throughout their stay.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Be present at the Concierge/Front Desk or lobby to assist guests, colleagues, and visitors.
* Provide passionate, knowledgeable, and friendly service to external and internal guests at all times.
* Ensure efficient and timely collection and delivery of guest luggage.
* Assist guests with enquiries and complaints, providing accurate information about hotel facilities and nearby attractions.
* Communicate with other departments to ensure relevant information is shared.
* Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests.
**Requirements**
* Previous customer service experience, preferably in a busy hotel environment.
* Ability to provide prompt and efficient service, building rapport with guests and colleagues.
* Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude.
* Good interpersonal skills, able to communicate with team members at all levels.
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holiday periods.
