Manager, People, Culture & Business Enablement Shape the Future of a Dynamic Tertiary Admissions Organisation The South Australian Tertiary Admissions Centre (SATAC) is seeking an innovative and experienced leader to join us as the Manager of People, Culture & Business Enablement. This role is pivotal in driving SATAC's human resources, WHS, and business operations, ensuring a supportive and high-performance culture across the organisation.In this role, you will provide operational leadership with a focus on overseeing human resources, including recruitment, employee engagement and the outsourced payroll function. You will play a critical role in leading workforce planning and development, ensuring a positive and high-performance culture across SATAC. Further you will ensure effective operational risk management, leading the Work, Health & Safety function and promoting a safe and compliant workplace. The ability to lead direct reports as well as influence key stakeholders internally and externally through strong relationship management will be key to success in this role.
