About your new role This rewarding opportunity will see you reporting to the Operations Manager and will be responsible for, but not limited to the following:
Establish a strong partnership with the Operations Manager to build a high-performing team.Provide regular coaching, mentoring, and development.Participate in the recruitment, induction, performance, and career path and training of team members.Ensure work instructions are clearly outlined for the team to ensure goods out, on time and in line with company policy and standards.First point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.Participate in regular audits to ensure that the team is compliant with company policy and procedures.About you To secure this amazing opportunity, you will have the following:
