Our client is a growing construction company that specialises in the development of high-quality townhouses. They are committed to delivering exceptional homes that meet the needs of their diverse clientele, including local and overseas buyers. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and managing the sales function, working closely with the sales consultant, and developing relationships with agencies, overseas buyers, and local buyers. This role will also involve creating and implementing various sales channels to drive business growth and increase sales.
Your new role
* Sales function setup: Establish and manage the sales function, including developing sales strategies, processes, and systems.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the sales consultant to ensure alignment and effectiveness in sales efforts.
* Agency relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agencies to promote and support sales of townhouses.
* Buyer engagement: Engage with both overseas and local buyers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
* Sales channels: Develop and implement diverse sales channels, including online platforms, direct sales, and partnerships.
* Business growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and increase sales.
* Marketing strategies: Create and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract potential buyers.
* Market analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
* Reporting: prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to senior management.
What you will need to succeed
* Proven experience and success in sales, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
* Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

* Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
