As a Claims Manager at Suncorp Group, you will:
1. Efficiently Manage Multiple Cases: You'll oversee a diverse portfolio of claims, ensuring customers are kept informed at every stage of the claims process.
2. Thoroughly Review and Process Claims: Collaborate closely with customers, assess losses, and make informed decisions to facilitate claims settlements.
3. Nurture Meaningful Relationships: Build, strengthen, and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a seamless claims experience.
4. Deliver Exceptional Customer Conversations: Engage with customerspassionately, explaining the claims process, oues, and providing continuous support throughout their claim journey.
