About The Opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to join our People & Culture team commencing in January 2025. As the People & Culture Officer, you'll work as part of a small and driven team to deliver best practice P&C services to our diverse organisation. You'll have the opportunity to learn and facilitate core P&C business functions and in time take a lead role in driving Kurrajong's Learning and Development framework. Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing our recruitment and onboarding process by developing and reviewing position descriptions, posting job ads and liaising with stakeholders to deliver a fair, consistent and seamless experience.Ongoing maintenance of our learning management system and assist in identifying and implementing platform improvements.Assist with the implementation and ongoing administration of Kurrajong's annual staff training schedule.Preparing monthly P&C reporting and perform routine administrative tasks such as processing parental leave requests and drafting employment-related letters.Supporting the P&C team to plan, implement and champion initiatives designed to achieve strategic and workforce plan items.This role is the perfect opportunity for a recent business graduate to gain exposure and working experience in a wide range of P&C functions while building their foundational skills in P&C processes.
