Your Role
We're seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Lead with Australian Citizenship and NV1 Security clearance to design and lead enterprise-level integration solutions, prepare technical design documentation, present to design governance forums, and lead a team of developers.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design of software solutions to meet business needs
* Develop system specifications and interfaces for components
* Guide application design delivery and ensure effective communication with development teams
Key Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience in configuring Salesforce
* Advanced experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML
* Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
* Public Sector Solutions experience highly regarded
* Designing and implementing integrations between Salesforce and other systems
* Leading a technical team of developers
* Troubleshooting errors in development and configuration
* Providing technical assistance and end-user troubleshooting
* Working closely with vendors and internal stakeholders
* Strong verbal and written communication skills

Location
This role can be based in Canberra, Sydney, or Melbourne. Attend customer site in Canberra for 2 consecutive days per month.
Requirements
* Australian Citizenship is mandatory
* NV1 Security clearance is a requirement
* Candidates with Baseline clearance ready to move to NV1 may be considered
