We are seeking an experienced Cafe Manager to oversee daily operations in Byron Bay, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high standards of food quality and service.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management and financial reporting.Lead, train and motivate a team of baristas, kitchen staff and waitstaff.Ensure highest levels of customer service and satisfaction.Oversee food and beverage preparation and presentation, maintaining quality and consistency.Implement and maintain health and safety standards.Develop and execute promotional activities to drive sales and increase foot traffic.Requirements:At least 3 years work experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced cafe or restaurant environment.Relevant qualification in hospitality management preferred.Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Sound knowledge of financial management, including budgeting and cost control.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.Weekend work is a must.Annual salary: $74,000 to $79,000.
