This role is a blend of administration, office management, and recruitment support, requiring excellent organisational skills and a proactive mindset. You will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations, managing supplies and vendor relationships, coordinating meetings and event arrangements, and ensuring the smooth running of the office. Additionally, you will drive key administrative projects, generate high-level reports, and provide top-quality support to a busy team of consultants. Assisting senior leadership, you will manage calendars, prepare correspondence, and handle confidential information with discretion. You will be part of a high-performing team that values professionalism, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence.
