Temporary Project Admin Coordinator Role
We are seeking an experienced Logistics/Project Coordinator to manage logistics for a significant roll-out project. The successful candidate will have proven experience in logistics and freight management, with a strong focus on organizational skills and communication.
Main Responsibilities:
* Assist Project Managers: Coordinate logistics and administrative tasks, including transportation provider coordination, shipment planning, stock record maintenance, and timely deliveries.
* Track Shipments: Plan and track shipments according to project needs, supervise orders, and manage stock levels.
* Reporting: Ensure prompt movement of shipments, handle customer inquiries, resolve shipping errors, and report logistics status to Operations/Project Managers.
* Communication: Relay accurate project information to the team and clients, clarify uncertainties, and adhere to deadlines.
* General Tasks: Perform various logistics and coordination tasks as directed by the Operations Manager or Project Manager.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Logistics and Freight Experience: Proven experience in logistics and freight management.
* Excel Proficiency: Skilled in using Excel for data tracking and reporting.
* Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.
* Effective Communication: Strong communication skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
* Office Administration: Proficient in office administration and reporting.
