Pay rate is dependent on Enterprise Agreement and experience - $38.77 - $49.49 per hour + super
Your main duties will include:
Deliver a patient and family-centred rehabilitative nursing approach to our patients
Competent clinical assessment, consultation, liaison and care provision along a continuum of care.
A strong commitment to health care & professional standards, customer service and risk management
About You:
Registration with AHPRA and in possession of a current practicing certificate
Demonstration of maintenance of CPD points
Maintains mandatory competencies as directed by CHCT
12 months experience in a similar role – hospital / aged care
Previous Rehab experience - essential
Demonstrated clinical competence in area of specialty
Demonstrates a clear understanding of rehabilitation nursing practices
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
Ability to build relationships with all stakeholders
Decision making and delegation skills
