What’s the role?
You will:
* Specialise in clinical mental health interventions and education
* Lead implementation, clinical supervision, and staff mentoring
* Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
* Influence decision-making and manage change effectively
* Develop and sustain relationships with Universities and Training Providers
Is this the right role for you?
* Approved tertiary qualification (Allied Health) and 5 years’ experience in a mental health-related discipline
* Registration with the relevant regulatory body such as AHPRA or membership of and adherence to professional standards, for example AASW for social workers.
* Significant project management capabilities and the aptitude to lead reforms, contemporary practices, and change management.
* Ability to research, analyse information and produce quality reports/ proposals and track deliverables if required
* Experience in planning, facilitation, and training, with the ability to lead planning sessions, conduct in-services and workshop training and reflective practice sessions.
* A passion for youth mental health, in particular working with young Aboriginal people and their families, and keen interest in improving service, access, and cultural safety of primary youth services.
NT PHN/RWA NT may be able to offer relocation support and clinical educational financial assistance to health professionals who are relocating to the NT or moving within the NT to a greater remoteness area classification for the purposes of employment and further clinical education.
