About the Role

1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients and staff.
2. Efficiently manage staff rosters to ensure timely service delivery.
3. Coordinate with multiple departments, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements.

Desired Skills and Experience

* Strong communication skills (written & verbal) and a customer-first approach.
* Experience in rostering/scheduling (preferably in home care or a similar setting).
* Certificate III in Human Services, Administration, or a related field (Diploma qualifications highly regarded).
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
* Experience in shared inbox management and team coordination to ensure client-directed care.
* Tech-savvy with proficiency in IT systems and administration.
* A kind, positive, and compassionate nature, with strong emotional intelligence.
* Knowledge of community-based aged care services (desirable).
Requirements
* A current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one).
* COVID-19 vaccinations (2 doses).
