Workshop Service Technician (Pumps)

Our client is seeking a Workshop Service Technician to join their team in the Western Suburbs, working at the Kemps Creek workshop. We encourage application's from all backgrounds.

What You Will Be Doing
- Performing routine and emergency assessment, service, and repairs on our pumps and rental fleet, including Flygt and Godwin pumps, both on-site and in the service workshop.
- Cleaning, stripping, and overhauling customer pump sets and products.
- Repair, monitor and install equipment as required
- Reading, interpreting, and retaining instructions and technical drawings.
- Inspecting and testing products prior to dispatch.
- Provide timely and accurate advice and support to staff and customers on service, workshop and product related issues both orally and in writing.

- Maintaining all relevant documentation and reports for work undertaken.
What You Will Need
· A minimum of 3-5 years hands on experience working in a mechanical and/or electrical fitting environment, and control system experience
· A qualified electrical tradesperson
· Current drivers license required
· Forklift license, and confined space accreditation are desirable
· PLC knowledge is an advantage
