This is a crucial role within the global tendering team, requiring close collaboration with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure competitive, high-quality proposals.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver technical and economic offers for Transport, Cranes, and Installation (TCI) aligned with client specifications.Analyze wind impacts, civil works requirements, and optimal erection strategies for each project.Collaborate with construction, health & safety, and quality teams to align staffing and project execution plans.Review supplier offers, validate project schedules, and conduct road surveys to support tender preparation.Prepare and manage Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and provide technical support to the sales department.Ensure all tender documentation complies with company quality and safety standards.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in energy industry tendering or contract management.Strong analytical skills to assess critical project risks.Proficiency in tendering processes, crane strategies, and wind turbine assembly methods.Excellent communication skills, with ability to hold contract negotiations and close commercial deals in alignment with project strategy.Technical proficiency with software such as AutoCAD, Power BI and MS Office.BenefitsBe part of a global leader as they grow and expand into new markets.Flexible work environment and competitive salary package.Outstanding growth and development opportunities.Ongoing training and career development opportunities.
