Chief Information Officer Opportunity
We are seeking a visionary leader to drive innovation, optimise technology investments and ensure operational excellence across the organisation.
The successful candidate will lead the strategic direction and delivery of Council's IT systems and infrastructure, implementing secure, efficient and cost-effective technology solutions that support operational needs and enhance service delivery.
* Drive high performance within the IT Support, Cybersecurity, Geographic Information Systems and Business Improvement business units.
* Provide expert advice and guidance as a strategic partner to the Executive Leadership Team.
This leadership position reports directly to the General Manager and offers a permanent, full-time role with a 35-hour work week.

The Chief Information Officer will have a Degree in Information Technology or a related field, and significant senior-level experience in managing IT functions.
Demonstrated skills in building, developing and motivating high performing teams, focusing on delivering quality outcomes and enhancing customer satisfaction are essential.
A medical assessment and other pre-employment checks will be required prior to an offer of employment being made.
