.NET Developer $120,188 – $140,270pa 15.4% super Ongoing Role ABOUT THE ROLE Reporting to the Senior Advisor Development Practice team, the .NET Developer will be responsible for designing and developing software systems to meet AMSA business requirements. The .NET Developer will also support software products built or maintained in-house and lead development initiatives as required You will be responsible for: • Design and develop implementation of .NET applications. • Design and develop implementation of M365 solutions. • Analyse and confirm/validate business requirements. • Develop & document designs for software systems that fulfil requirements and align with AMSA IT architectural principles and framework and team development patterns. • Undertake major development initiatives. • Build, test, and implement applications to AMSA’s SDLC principles and guidelines. • Support and maintain AMSA business systems. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE To be successful in this position, you will have the following skills and experience. Demonstrated experience in working with a team including: • Minimum 5 years experience in .NET development roles as outlined below. • Demonstrated ability to produce clear and intelligible system designs. • Demonstrated ability to apply object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns. • Demonstrated ability to deliver through Agile and Waterfall development methodologies. • Strong skills in Web Service development (SOAP, REST). • Well-developed knowledge and skills in analysis, design and programming in a web applications environment using Microsoft development tools and products, including: • Azure DevOps • C#, JavaScript, HTML, XML • ASP.NET, MVC, Web API • SharePoint 2013-16 • MS Dynamics 2013-16 • SQL Server • Windows server technologies • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team as required.
