Job Opportunity
We have an outstanding opportunity for a Legal Assistant to join our Banking and Finance team on a full-time, permanent basis.
About the Role
* Providing administrative support directly to Partners, senior Lawyers, and their legal teams.
* Drafting correspondence, amendments, and document preparation using precedents.
* Utilizing InfoTrack searching and PPS registrations.
* Managing finance requirements, including high volume end-of-month invoicing, processing supplier invoices, arranging trust payments, team expense claims, and comprehensive debtors management.
* Facilitating the life cycle of a matter, including opening new matters, undertaking conflict checks, ensuring compliance with major client requirements, maintaining the electronic file, actioning write-offs, file closing, and archiving.
About You
* A background in legal administrative support, preferably seeking a career in legal administration.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Organized and efficient with a proactive and flexible approach to work.
* Experience with Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
* Knowledge of Elite or other finance-related software to manage expenses, matters, timesheets, client billing, and reporting requirements.
