Key Responsibilities Lead the preparation and review of technical tax advice, reports, and client-facing documents. Oversee the execution of tax strategies and structuring solutions, ensuring alignment with client objectives. Provide expert advice on M&A transactions, including tax due diligence, structuring, and reviewing sale & purchase agreements. Manage corporate tax compliance, including overseeing the preparation and review of income tax returns. Identify potential risks and ensure adherence to both global and local quality control and risk management processes. Ensure client engagements are executed with the highest standards, within agreed timelines. Supervise and mentor junior staff, providing guidance and fostering their professional development. Actively contribute to business development initiatives to enhance the firm’s services and grow your personal brand. Contribute to the development and execution of service line strategies, ensuring they align with the firm’s broader business goals. Qualifications At least 7 years of leadership experience in Corporate Tax, ideally gained in a Big 4 firm or a similar top-tier professional services environment. Relevant professional qualifications, such as CA, or a law degree with a tertiary qualification in Tax.
