About the Role An exciting opportunity for an Enterprise Business Development Manager to join a high-performing sales team has arisen.
This role is pivotal in building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers while actively developing new business opportunities.
The focus will be on driving regional growth, delivering tailored solutions, and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional revenue targets.Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including end-users, consultants, and contractors.Identify new business opportunities and drive market development initiatives.Promote and educate customers on a diverse range of solutions.Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with customer needs.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, forecasts, and sales activities within the CRM system.Ensure compliance with company policies regarding pricing, contract terms, and service agreements.Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to position offerings effectively.About You 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.Proven track record in solution-based selling and achieving sales targets.Strong relationship-building skills with a consultative approach.Commercial acumen with the ability to identify and capitalise on market opportunities.Background in industrial, electrical, or thermal solutions is advantageous.Tertiary qualification in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
