The Role.
The Cadetship Program aims to give all cadets the skills and knowledge that will enable them to become future leaders in the industry. The versatile program offers full exposure to all facets of the company including:
* Estimating
* Site Management
* Contract Administration
The role is designed for a balance between work, home, and study life, as well as providing career paths for progression at the completion of the program. All cadets will be fully supported throughout the program and will leave equipped with the knowledge and experience necessary for the best possible future in the construction industry.
The duration of the Cadet Program is typically 2-3 years and is dependent on factors including project availability, previous work experience, competency levels and ability to excel through the program.
