Transaction Manager Job ID 214971 Posted 16-Apr-2025 Service line Advisory Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Transaction Management Location(s) Melbourne - Victoria - Australia Client focused, advisory role Hybrid-in office, on-site and remote Opportunity to develop your Transaction Management career Melbourne, Land of the Wurundjeri People The role: - Working closely and in an advisory capacity with two key clients. - Act as the lead on the buying, selling, and leasing of residential, office and commercial properties on behalf of occupier clients. - Providing evaluation and advanced support for lease administration. - Accountability for monthly reports on the progress of lease terminations, renewals, rent commencements. - Prepare and present detailed and multifaceted financial modeling and valuation breakdown. - Maintain and track lease information, property values, capital expenditures, rental rates, and real estate assignments. - Coordinate all transaction activity on behalf of clients. - Assist with a variety of projects in accordance with client-driven priorities, commitments, and milestones. Your background: - Tertiary qualifications in a Property related field advantageous. - Experience in Transaction Management or elsewhere within Commercial Property. - Superior communication skills with the ability to quickly build rapport with a variety of stakeholders. - Financial literacy, ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously and apply a logical, methodical thought process.
