As a Care Assistant, you will be providing direct care in a dignified and respectful manner that delivers excellence in customer service to our residents. Following care plans you will assist with personal care, daily living tasks and general mobility. With a person-centred mindset you will create a warm and welcoming care environment that aims to maximise quality of life.
To be successful you will have:
3. Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or Aged Care – or equivalent
4. A genuine passion to provide care that is person-centred
5. The ability to work individually and in a team
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

To work for Eldercare, you are required to have a police clearance valid for working in aged care (unsupervised contact with vulnerable people) and the clearance needs to be less than 12 months since date of issue.
As per Eldercare’s Employee Immunisation Policy, all Eldercare employees are required to:
