About the role
The Logistics / ICT Staging Coordinator is responsible for the efficient management and coordination of inventory and logistics operations within the business. This role involves overseeing the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring that inventory levels are maintained to meet operational demands. The planner collaborates with procurement and supply chain teams to optimize stock levels and streamline processes. Additionally, they are tasked with implementing effective logistics strategies to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials. By maintaining accurate records and utilizing inventory management systems, the Logistics / ICT Staging Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the RN Projects' overall operational efficiency, productivity, and project delivery.
What you'll do
1. Manage and account for asset inventory.
2. Conduct monthly stocktake and reconcile with Finance.
3. Ensure 100% of project hardware shipments are received and dispatched on schedule.
4. Manage the coordination of secure storage and distribution operations to ensure the efficient and cost-effective supply of equipment, optimizing processes and seeking continuous improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
5. Through meticulous attention to detail, input all stock movement and tracking data to ensure information on hardware availability is accurate and consistently available in RNP’s hardware tracking system.
6. Utilizing strong interpersonal skills and working collaboratively, establish and maintain effective working relationships with Project Managers, assisting the PMs in each location with respect to the requirements for tracking and reporting of stock.
7. Stage and prepare hardware for preconfiguration according to project plans prior to delivery to site utilizing high organizational skills and attention to detail, and label equipment according to brand standards.
8. Maintain basic knowledge of hardware, servers, and network devices.
9. Lift, load, and maneuver heavy boxes when required.
