About the Position
An effective and efficient support to the Employment & Community team is provided through quality systems and processes, high level of compliance, and excellent personnel skills as an Administration Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing administrative support for grants-related programs including onboarding employees and checking the needs of development for activities and tasks.
* Preparing reporting for Department of Social services and NDIS on grants-related activities and work plans.
* Processing NDIS claims through the Customer Management System (CMS).
* Liaising with internal and external parties.
* Developing training materials from content provided.
* Organising training and induction sessions.
* Answering queries regarding AWA employment supports services for people with disabilities.

About You
To help kick-start your journey with us, we need:
* Experience using administration systems including CMS, ERP's, and Microsoft products.
* Great administrative skills with a strong attention to detail.
* Current Working with Children Check, National Police Clearance no older than 6 months, Current Driver's Licence, NDIS Workers Orientation Module, NDIS Worker Screening check, and COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate.
